Estimating Department & Project Management Staff. With over 65 years of experience in the construction industry, our Estimating Staff is specialized in estimating a vast variety of projects. We have senior level supervision to see all projects through the bid process. We have extensive experience in the competitive bid market, negotiating estimates, term contracts, unit pricing, R.S. Means pricing, and pricing unique to each market, nothing is overlooked. Our Project Management staff work through the preconstruction services with the Estimators. Preconstruction services include conceptual cost modeling, budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and the selection of subcontractors. The Management Team will see your project through to completion, on time and to your satisfaction. We are available 24/7 and will not cease until the client is satisfied.
